Thank you very much for your feedback and I am glad you are happy with the staging.
I am very sorry for the difficulties experienced during delivery. Having spoken with the driver I am aware that he was unable to get to you as planned due to unforeseen circumstances and that delivery was later then hoped the following day. We always aim to deliver to times requested however as you can imagine due to traffic and the need for drivers to rest after so many hours driving time this is not always possible. I apologise that on this occasion it meant that your delivery had to be left in a less than convenient place.

Thanks Rebecca my point was really that the driver contacted us arranged a different time the following day which was acceptable but then turned late on the original date when there was no one responsible to accept it
