Would recommend it to anyone. One of our items arrived slightly chipped (not that surprising given the amount of fragile gifts on our list) and their team sorted out a replacement very quickly.

Poor, would not recommend.
The figures of money did not add up to the correct amount, I had to inform Prezola of this.
The charity donations were not made to the charities, the money was sent to us to send to the individual...

To take your points individually...With charity donations we transfer the funds to our couples to make a personal donation themselves as this seems much more appropriate. Also, with a personal donation your chosen charity is able to claim Gift Aid which results in even more money going to the good cause. We will definitely look at making this benefit clearer to our couples and will add this information to our transfer emails as a result of your feedback.Gift wrapping and messages are an option available to each guest as they make a purchase, although not all choose to have gifts wrapped or leave a gift message.Our Premier Plus account charge covers the transaction fees for an unlimited value of cash funds collected on your behalf and transferred directly to your account. Rather than charge each guest a transaction fee or commission, we feel that this offers a much more discreet service for our couples and their guests. As you know, we do also offer free delivery of all gifts with no additional charges made to guests.On product choice, with over 30,000 gifts on site we are constantly adding lots of beautiful items from a very wide selection of suppliers. Couples with our Premier Plus account are also free to add as many other items as they wish to their gifts lists, quickly and easily with our on-site Create-a-Gift tool.I hope that this helps to answer some of your concerns and that you're enjoying your wonderful gifts.
