Unless you have drained your pool and started again, the PoolSan cs liquid (which does not evaporate like chlorine) continues to work alongside the chlorine you have added. We apologise for this. A batch of our test strips were not functioning as they were supposed to be. This was identified quickly, and as far as we are aware, free of charge replacements were sent to all affected users. Always easy to deal with and they post very quickly.
Very happy with the products and this will be our 3rd year of using it for our pool in the summer time.
