Hi G - I totally agree with your comments. Our automated quoting system did have some issues with corrupt data- however with your useful feedback we have been able to resolve these issues. At this time of year all holiday companies are extremely busy and we did advise that we were prioritising last minute trips over those in the future - I am really glad we got you booked up at no extra costs to those advised in our quote and that you are set for the trip in June 2019 - just a bit of a wait looking forward to it!!!! ;-) Matt @ Planet

Excellent service.
Even though the hotel we originally wanted was not available we had excellent advice on the other hotels, as well as recommendations for restaurants etc.
