Disappointing, I won't use them again unless I have to.
The items didn't arrive on time, and I had to tell them what length an rs200 halyard - their own advertised product, should be.

We apologize for the delay with your order.
The standard RS200 main halyard is a 13m rope halyard not wire which neither ourselves or Selden have a length for. Our web site has been changed to make this more clear.
As discussed on the telephone, we are today dispatching your order and have sent you an email with the rope lengths of the continuous kicker and cunningham ropes you mentioned.

The Web site was hard to navigate. The data on the products was limited. I am still waiting for the delivery!!!

Duncan, sorry for the delay this has been caused by a stocking issue with your Harken block as we only had one.. Harken has promised to deliver this early next week and we will post the full order early next week. I believe Richard has called and you have added boots to the order.

Justin, very sorry that you have not received the order. We dispatched your order on the same day it was placed but on closer inspection we have found our system has used the incorrect post code. We have amended our data base and resent the order on Friday. You should be receiving the  items very soon.

1974- Robbie Storrar and Alan Bax joined forces and created the Storrar & Bax brand, manufacturing championship winning sails, repairing boats and spars and supplying chandlery and clothing from their base in Newcastle. 1985- Ian Pinnell an already well known sailor, World, European and National Champion and a previous winner of the 'Helm Of The Year' award became partner to Alan Bax at the helm of the business. 1986- Moved the business to Talbot Road, Northampton to become a central hub for everything dinghy sailing. The then new midland base location provided perfect access across the UK with over 40 sailing clubs within a 30 mile radius. 1991- The name was changed to Pinnell & Bax - P&B to its friends - and it is this name which is now synonymous with UK sail making.
