Super straightforward claim process
Super straightforward claim process, all gone and speedy. Only negative is not being able to get pre-approval of costs but that's okay when claims are handled so promptly

I do think they are good but have had some issues I’ve requested forms to be sent that never came also the claim from my vet they have asked me for the dates instead of the vet

Expensive, V high excess
Very slow to pay, Very high excess, very high age related excess. Took almost half of the claim in excess charges. Polivy very exspnsive
