I can see that your goods were attempted 3 days after the intended delivery schedule due to a courier fault, I must apologise we were unable to meet your requirements on this occassion.
As we work with delivery deadlines for parties on a day to day basis it is a rare occassion that our couriers do not perform to our expectations.

We did originally experience delays with our couriers in delivering your goods but our couriers are an extension of our service so we would take full responsibility for any rare problems encountered.
