The Paper High Gift Company Limited Bewertung

Thank you for taking the time to leave us your feedback, and we are so sorry about the issue with your delivery. It appears that the incorrect address was due to human error and was a genuine mistake. This is certainly not something that usually happens, and we are very sorry that it happened on this occasion. We completely understand how frustrating and difficult this must have been, especially with the parcel being delivered to an elderly neighbour. We did try to contact you at the time to offer our apologies and see if there was anything we could do to make things right, but unfortunately we didn’t hear back from you. Please feel free to reply to our message if you would still like to get in touch. We would be more than happy to hear from you and do what we can to make up for the inconvenience. Thank you again for your understanding, and we are pleased to hear that you were otherwise happy with your order and our products. 💕
