Thank you for your feedback. I'm sorry to hear that you didn't receive the right level of service at the sales counter and appreciate you bringing this to our attention. I'll be sure to have a chat with the staff who were in store that day so that we can improve. Hi Mathew, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We’re genuinely sorry to hear that your visit left you feeling unsatisfied with the service you received. That is certainly not the experience we aim to provide. We strive to build a staff team that has a broad and diverse range of expertise, from Tasmania's great walks, to off-track expedition trekking, to long-distance through-hiking, to trail-running and ultramarathon, to rock climbing, and international travel and backpacking. If you have a particular field of enquiry, we would be happy to arrange a personalised session with an expert in that field. If you would be open to discussing this further, we’d welcome you to speak directly with Dan (Customer Service Manager) or Evan (Store Manager) at the Hobart store. Thank you again for your honest feedback. We hope you might consider giving us another opportunity in the future, and we wish you all the best on your outdoor adventures.
