Whilst not as straight forward to adopt to unifi (but then again I seem to come across this with most ubiquiti devices) but I think in this instance the firmware was quite a way behind as it seemed...
Adapters should have been sold with the cables to fit the antenna

it does not state what size the Antenna fittings are on the unit, now we have to find adapters as the cables you sell dont have to correct size fittings. over all average experinance. If we...

The XPOL-24-V1-02 is specifically the antenna-only version (N-Type Female connectors), designed for custom cable runs. The Poynting XPOL-24 (with 5m cable) would be the plug-and-play setup with pre-attached SMA male connectors.
