Respond to outstanding matters in a reasonable time rather than months. After closure of the Wilmslow store, nobody at Neptune seems to accept responsibility.

I still have received no replacement item and a new one was not delivered on the date arranged. Despite emailing laura directly, I have still received no reply with an explanation as to why this is. Utterly disappointed. I ordered this item in February. I will not be ordering online from this company again despite being an existing customer. I would like a refund processed ASAP.

Staff (Imogen) was very helpful and keen to help. On this occasion, the canvas parasol was the wrong size and had to be returned. However this does not detract from the high quality level of service
