Good afternoon. Many thanks for leaving a review. You email us last week and asked for a refund which was completed the same day and we emailed you to confirm this had happened. We apologised that your labels had not arrived and explained we did send them out to you ahead of the schedule as we could see they were for a charity. We understand that you are disappointed, as are we. Royal Mail are working very hard to get orders to customers but sadly sometimes things do go missing or arrive late.

As explained when we pass our post to Royal Mail, we do so in good faith that items will arrive to our lovely customers. Sadly Royal Mail are experiencing a surge of post and have staff shortages so items are taking a little longer than we would all like. Items are arriving but things are taking a little longer and most people are understanding of this situation.
