Fast great service. I messed up my order and called straight away. The member of staff was friendly and very helpful. I received the better the next day. Would definitely recommend.
Excellent service. Frame and mattress delivered separately. Speedy service on frame but mattress delayed because of courier (not fault of bed frames). Exellent aftercare to sort out the problem.

Thank you for your review. A voice mail was left as well as an email being send the day before delivery to advise we would deliver the next day. I am surprised that you did not receive either as this is our standard practice so that we do not has wasted trips.

the driver arrived alone, could not get the super king mattress out of the (too small) van door, and I had to help him carry it in and put my back out! I have just had a back op! ridiculous stupid...

Thank you for your review. I am pleased that you found the mattress and frame great. I will pass your comments regarding being one delivery driver but sadly we cannot send two guys for one job as they would have to be out for two days and this will end up at a cost that would have to be passed onto all customers. I do see your point though and apologise for this.
