Thank you for your review. Firstly I would like to apologies as the suppliers we use have changed their delivery supplier and are no longer sending goods for next day delivery. Goods are now collected and are delivered in a 3-5 day time window and is two man delivery to a room of your choice. This was not made public knowledge until they had changed the delivery system as they did not want the current delivery company to know and unfortunately you got caught up in the middle of this without our knowledge.
I am not trying to make excuses but had we known we would have informed you immediately.

Overall Good, did have to call them for a despatch date as we had no confirmation that they could fulfil the order. Delivered on the arranged day and called us an hour and a half before delivery.

Thank you for your review, we do call the day before delivery and book the delivery in and this is within the 3-5 days delivery. I will look into notification of delivery date earlier than this with our transport department.

Thank you for your review.Sadly we have multiple suppliers as we as our own manufacture and do not have control of their couriers however this is something we are looking to improve on and I will pass your comments onto our logistics department.

Had to wait 2 months because the bed wasn't in stock even though it said it was on the internet. However, it was definitely worth the wait!!! Stunning bed, good quality and very well priced.
