We are still waiting to receive the black plastic pop in bits for the wooden slats that were missing on delivery despite emailing 3 times and ringing.

would have been great if the delivery guy helped me take it out of the elevator. there were no steps. just the elevator and he wouldnt do it. i had to struggle by myself to get it into my flat...

Thank you for your review. Please accept our apologies for this but this is a product that is kerb side delivery as stated on the website as the courier for this product is not insured to carry it into the property. I have asked our supplier to look into a better courier moving forward.
