Buying the policy was easy, web site easy to use and gave good instructions. I am unable to comment on the service received when making a claim as I haven’t had to do this but so far all has been good

They are very picky on the proof of ownership paperwork needed to make a claim. This is not well explained on their web site - beware

I tried to claim as I dropped my i pad and they have said I am not covered even though clearly I have the copy of the cover

Prior to the purchase of the policy, you corresponded with us via email on several occasions and your questions were answered fully and professionally. You then went ahead to purchase the policy from us, with no obvious sign of dissatisfaction, and we've had no correspondence or contact from you since then to advise otherwise.
The cover and prices are clearly displayed on our website prior to, and during, the purchase of a policy. Currently, for your model of mobile phone, we are ranked #1 on the Money website (https://www.money.co.uk/mobile-phone-insurance/iphone-insurance.htm) for the lowest cost of both annual and monthly insurance by some margin.
