We're sorry to see that you've selected a 1 Star for our service. Dan has stayed close to your order detail to try and get your order to you as quickly as possible. We have taken onboard the cost of USPS losing your first shipment, and with the replacement shipment we will also pick up the additional shipping fee. It is on its way to your home address as you requested (and confirmed by Dan). You did confirm on one of your emails to us that you've recently started to experience problems with USPS delivering to your work address - this is really a service issue with USPS and not the ongoing service that we are providing to you.
