Dear Philip, Thank you for your feedback. Please do not consider our product a 2star product just because you have not caught any moths on it yet. Only adult male textile moths will be attracted. It may be that the moths you have seen are female, juvenile, or other moth types. Positioning is also important to make them as effective as possible. Please be sure to place them 1-2m high, away from draughts, away from bright light, and nowhere near moth repellents such as lavender or cedar wood. Our Traps really are the best on the market, using only natural pheromones produced in Germany - If you're not catching moths and have your traps positioned correctly please be reassured that you don't have adult male textile moths in that area. Please do leave them in place for their 3month lifespan to monitor your moth problem. We hope that this is helpful and that you're reassured?
