Hi, Thanks for your feedback. We’re sorry you were unhappy with the outcome of our conversation. During our free debt advice sessions, we go through a customer’s circumstances, finances and then recommend the best option for them. After looking at your circumstances, we recommended that Bankruptcy was the best option for you. If you don’t feel our advice was clear, we’d be very happy to speak to you again about how to use the guide we have provided along with the supporting links. You can also apply for grants via Turn2Us to help towards the cost of Bankruptcy. You can email us at enquiry@moneywellness.com or call us on 0161 518 8285. Thanks, Money Wellness.

Hi Simon, Thanks for sharing this. We understand the frustration if a DRO felt like the expected outcome and alternative solutions were not what you were hoping to hear. DRO eligibility depends on your full financial circumstances meeting specific criteria, and where that isn't the case, we do have to look at the other options that are more suitable. If you would like to discuss your comments further, please get in touch at enquiry@moneywellness.com Thanks, Money Wellness
