Let me extend our sincerest apologizes for your dissatisfaction, I did take a moment to read over the correspondences between you and our Medical Departures team, It seems they did offer you quotes and different options for medical treatment in Bangkok, I did see it did take a clinic a little longer to send a quote but I did see our agent reached out to you in regards of looking at different clinics in the mean time. Once the quote was sent to you, you stated it was too pricey at the moment but you did want to save up and come back next year because you wanted to save and pay for the best surgeon in the best hospital.
