Maven Trading Bewertung

Thank you for sharing your feedback. Verification delays can understandably feel frustrating, and we want to make sure your concern is properly addressed. Our KYC process exists to protect all traders on the platform, and every verification decision goes through a review by our compliance team before being finalized, it isn't something support agents decide unilaterally. We're not able to discuss the specifics of any individual case publicly, but we'd welcome the chance to look at your case again if you reach out to our support team with your account reference. We take response times seriously and will use this feedback to review how KYC-related queries are handled going forward.

Thank you for your feedback. We understand verification steps can feel like an extra hurdle, but they exist to protect the security and identity of every account holder on the platform. KYC checks are reviewed by our compliance team and require the account holder to complete the process personally, in line with regulatory requirements. All KYC decisions are made following a thorough review process and are final.
