As I mentioned in my personal correspondence, the accommodation was chosen to maintain quality, Indeed, we are very careful to utilise only preferred properties that provide comfort and and a warm welcome. Even if a certain location has many options, it often pays to look a little further to ensure we can provide the highest possible standard of accommodation. I am sorry to hear that you were subjected to the confusion over the transfer time and hope that this did not mar your overall enjoyment.
