Thank you for you feedback. We’re glad you were happy with our service. Regarding costs, we do appreciate that we can be more expensive than other paths in UK. The South West Coast Path has a unique layout, which makes it difficult to compare to shorter routes. The West Highland Way is a linear route just under 100 miles long and is completed in 6-8 days with around 15 recognised overnight locations and transfers are provided by 2-3 vehicles. The South West Coast Path is 630 miles long, is completed in 35-60 days with just over 350 recognised overnight locations. We use a network of 25 drivers who individually visit between 10-30 accommodations each day. Due to the terrain, rivers, road network, and the distance walked/cycled each day we’re unable to offer a single price for every transfer. We review all transfer prices each year and have reduced prices in some areas over the past the 2 years going against the trend of rising fuel prices and others in our industry.
