Thank you for your feedback. We had seen a successful delivery for you and of course felt this completed your shipment. This situation is strange and rare as the extra case that was delivered was not from one of our customers. Therefore, we can only assume the courier has made the mistake and the case was from another company or individual. It was unfortunate that your return journey fell around the time countries in Europe and us here in the UK went into Lockdown. This caused many issues for holiday companies and shipping companies alike. We have been doing our best to tackle any issues that have arisen due to the pandemic despite these difficult circumstance.
