LoveCrafts Bewertung

Thank you for your feedback, we’re glad to hear you found the website easy to use and liked the colour of the yarn. Regarding yarn size, you can filter yarn by weight using the filters on the website to better match your search. The yarn weight is also listed under the product name, and you’ll find more detailed information in the product details section on each product page. If we can be of any help or if you have any queries, please don't hesitate to get in touch. Kind regards, Anna and the LoveCrafts Team

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We’re glad to hear your order arrived promptly and that you were happy with the selection. We’re sorry it seemed as though your query to the craft team went unanswered. According to our records, my colleague did get back to you on March 31st. Due to a particularly busy period, our reply took longer than usual, and we sincerely apologise for that. I’m pleased that, in the end, you were able to receive the required dye lot with your additional order, helping to prevent any further issues with your project. Thank you again for your patience and for shopping with us. We hope to offer you a smoother experience next time. Kind regards, Anna and the LoveCrafts Team
