Lotus Weight Loss Clinic Bewertung

Hi Patricia, Thank you for your feedback, and I am sorry to hear that you have been left feeling disappointed. I have reviewed your order and can see there was a delay as we were waiting for the required verification documents before our prescribers could safely proceed. As an online clinic, we have a duty to complete identity and clinical checks prior to issuing medication, and orders remain on hold until this information is received and approved. I appreciate that this may not have been clear at the time, and I understand how this could have felt frustrating while you were waiting. I can confirm that following your request to cancel, your order was stopped and a full refund was issued back to your original payment method. If you would like us to look into anything further or provide additional clarification, you are very welcome to contact the Patient Support Team and we will be happy to assist. Kind regards, James Patient Support Team
