Excellent service
Had to book the holiday again due to our first stay being cancelled. Customer service was absolutely fantastic in helping us book another date and also helping with the cost due to the price...

The customer support lady (Natalie) was knowledgeable, friendly and helpful.

No option for what day to go to park
I wanted to select which day to go to the park as I booked two nights in the hotel but could only go to the park on the first day of my stay.

Well laid out but not so easy to find information about extra things such as supplementary beds. Also disappointed to see that at busy times separate kids' rooms might not be available.
