Thanks for the 5 star rating, we really appreciate your business, and your high rating of us, despite this paricular vehicle delivery falling below usual standards. We have stringent processes to ensure accuracy, and it is a shame that our dealer forgot to fit the pick up accesories we specified for you on this one, which resulted in them having to abort delivery, and then re-deliver once resolved. We have reviewed this with them, and hope it was just a one off.
