Ron, - Just in case of any help, I have also checked and see that Heritage VW are 3.6 miles from your business address - they are the closest VW dealer, and should you pass this way the address is: Whitby Road, Bristol, BS4 3QB

Grahame, I am pleased our service was great, but I am really disappointed to hear of the problem regarding your Sat Nav - This has literally just hit my desk 5 minutes ago following your call with Alex and I was sad to hear of this issue > Your requirement was for the radio to be disabled, and I have investigated with the dealer, who thinks one wire too many must have been pulled when taking care of this request for you. Either that, or with the looming becoming more technical, it is no longer as simple as pulling an FM/DAB cable.
I also understand you now have this resolved, but if you advised us when the problem was noticed we could have had our national network of audio engineers instructed to come out and put this swiftly right for you. This still remains an option, and if we can do anything else please let us know?
Apologies again for the road bump here, and I hope we can assist again soon.

Thanks Roger. I did report this to your staff, and was advised to take it to the Nissan dealer to correct it. It would have been an awful lot easier for me if one of your engineers could have come along, but I wasn't given that option. Anyway, it's probably not worth worrying about now.

Grahame, I have just checked and with the sat nav being at fault the advice given was to take to the dealer. Usually if it is the radio disconnection at fault we would work on providing an audio engineer. - From speaking to my colleague who handled the call, she assumed the issue not to be one of the radio disconnection, but perhaps a faulty SD card, hence forwarding you to the dealer, which was the right couse of action.
However, we can still assist here, to try and get the radio succesfully disconnected now.
