Thank you for your review. I'm sorry to hear that you were disappointed with the image on your labels. We do have a preview system of our motifs, but it is only available on our Vinyl labels and we appreciate the limitations that this may cause. We are currently renewing our website, where it will be improved and extended to our other products too - so thank you for flagging this up with us, it is thanks to your advice that we are able to troubleshoot these kind of issues.
We are very happy to hear that you like our range of products however, and we hope you enjoy your School Sew On Pack and our new website!
Kind Regards,
Eloïse
