Thank you for your feedback. We appreciate good and bad feedback as this can show if we have left any gaps in our communication. A couple of things I would like to address.
1. Socials. This camp is sold as a tennis-only camp so we do not have any social events organised afterwards. In Cambridge, we run a full residential camp where we organise social events each evening.
2. The changing rooms - these are in the main building and are modern and new. I am guessing that the reference to the changing rooms is in the old clubhouse which are not intended for player use as they are used for storage by the University tennis team. The new changing rooms also have new toilets but I realise they are a short distance to walk for players. I will add this information into the welcome pack so in future clients are aware of their location.

Second time going - would recommend to other beginners / improvers / intermediates looking to up their game in the London area. Coaches do a great job of balancing theory / drills / skill-based games...
