At the time the order was placed we were awaiting a delivery of Grills for the 60cm Firebowls and we note that this was communicated and a mutual agreement made to deliver once everything was available. Our delivery timescale at the time of the order was 10 working days and our records indicate that we were able to deliver on the 11th day.
