Many thanks for your feedback, it is extremely valuable to us. We have now changed the description which previously noted the house as suitable without a car.
Sincere apologies for the pool, it hasn't been mentioned to us so far with the villa having been fully booked all summer and with a telephone call we would have sorted the problem (it's for emergencies like these we do leave contact numbers for us and ask clients to contact us directly should there be any issues with the property) so I'm sorry we weren't able to intervene here.
Upon receiving your review I have contacted the owner with regard to the arrival charge, we would be happy to refund you the €20 if you arrived by 8pm and I will email you now on this. She did mention they offered you a breakfast and a dinner as well as some other gestures in the house, so we do hope overall it was a pleasant stay.

Many thanks for this it is very helpful indeed and I have passed this onto the managers of Casa Anna Quadri to increase the amount of kitchen utensils available in the property for guests to use.
Helpful throughout the booking process and no issues encountered. Would use them again.
