Insight Vacations Bewertung

Thank you for your considered review. We are delighted that the itinerary allowed you to see so much, and that the brisk pace did not detract from your enjoyment of the journey. It is especially encouraging to learn that your Travel Director was so friendly, knowledgeable and enthusiastic, as these qualities contribute greatly to the quality of a tour. We are also grateful for your kind remarks regarding the standard of service you received, and we appreciate your recognition of it. It would be a privilege to welcome you on another journey in the future.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and please accept our sincere apologies. We understand how disappointing it was to learn that the stay at the resort had been removed from your itinerary without prior notice, particularly as it was a feature you had clearly anticipated. The additional inconvenience of staying at a hotel where dinner was unavailable and no alternatives were within walking distance is equally regrettable, and falls short of the standard we aim to provide. Your comments will be reviewed carefully, with particular attention to how itinerary changes are communicated to travellers and how alternative arrangements are managed. Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback.

Thank you for your thoughtful and balanced review. We are delighted that you found the Optional Excursions worthwhile, and that the Travel Directors' knowledge and passion for the history of their respective towns came through so clearly. We appreciate your candour regarding occasional difficulty in understanding some of the Travel Directors, and we shall bear your comment in mind. It is also encouraging to learn that the Travel Director and Coach Drivers were excellent, that the coach was spacious and comfortable, and that each day ran efficiently and according to plan. We are grateful for your kind words, and it would be a privilege to welcome you on another journey in the future.

Thank you for taking the time to write to us again. Thank you for such a detailed and considered review. We are delighted that the itinerary allowed you to visit so many of Egypt's principal sites, and that the small group format, together with the guidance of your Egyptian tour expert, enriched your understanding of the country. Your observation that Egypt is best appreciated with a knowledgeable Travel Director is one we share, as Local Expect adds considerable depth to the experience. We are also pleased that the Nile cruise served as a comfortable base between Cairo, Luxor, Aswan and Abu Simbel, and that the inclusion of local visits offered insight into contemporary Egyptian life alongside its ancient heritage. Your kind words are sincerely appreciated, and it would be a privilege to welcome you on another journey in the future.
