Insight Vacations Bewertung

Thank you for this excellent rating. We are pleased that it reflects a positive experience, and we appreciate you taking the time to leave your feedback.

Thank you for sharing such a detailed and generous review. It is encouraging to learn that the itinerary gave you such a rewarding experience of Spain, Portugal and Gibraltar, and that your Travel Director's knowledge, care and attention to small details made every guest feel valued. We are pleased that the luggage service, the daily briefings, the rotating seating plan and the suggestions for free time contributed to such a well-organised journey, and that the hotel locations and breakfasts were so well received. We also appreciate your observation regarding the lack of power sockets near the mirrors in the hotel rooms, which will be shared with our Product Development Department so that it may be considered when reviewing our accommodation. We hope to welcome you on another journey in the future.

Thank you for sharing such a considered review. It is encouraging to learn that you found the tour excellent, that it covered the major highlights, and that the luggage handling and overall service were so well received. We appreciate your candid comments regarding the fullness of the days, and we recognise that more time in certain places would have been welcome. Your point about the D-Day landing sites is also valuable, and we regret that guests from Canada and Australia initially felt their nations' contributions were insufficiently acknowledged. It is good to hear that the visit to Juno Beach addressed this, and your suggestion will be shared with our Product Development Department so that it may be considered when reviewing the itinerary. We hope to welcome you on another journey in the future.

Thank you for sharing such a considered and generous review. It is encouraging to learn that the itinerary gave you a comprehensive experience of all four countries, and that the cultural content, the accommodation and the food were all so well received. We are pleased that your Travel Director's knowledge enriched the journey, and that the comfort of the coach made travelling throughout the UK so enjoyable. We also appreciate your candid comments regarding the long days on the coach and the wish for more time in certain towns, which will be shared with our Product Development Department so that they may be considered in future planning. We hope to welcome you on another journey in the future.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback, and please accept our apologies that the tour did not fully match what you had anticipated. We recognise that a group of more than 40 may be larger than you expected, and that an itinerary described as balanced should not prove quite so strenuous, particularly for senior travellers. Your suggestion that a different descriptor might be more realistic is a fair one, and it will be shared with our Product Development Department so that they may review how activity levels are presented. We are also sorry that some confusion arose on arrival because your information was not to hand, and we shall raise this with our Operations Department. We are grateful for your candour and hope to have the opportunity to offer you a more comfortable experience on another journey.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. It is encouraging to learn that you found the itinerary so comprehensive and that it allowed you to see so much of Sicily. We appreciate your candid comment regarding the one-night stays, which can indeed be demanding, and it will be shared with our Product Development Department so that it may be considered in future planning. We are also pleased that our Reservations Team was helpful throughout the booking process. We hope to welcome you on another journey in the future.
