I did get a call and an email. Now the shipping date is November 15th. One month after order. So I am happy they are communicating.

Disappointed in lack of customer service.
I have tried unsuccessfully to contact Innovo as I have no dotted lines on my pants thus not sure if I am placing them correctly. No response from Customer Services therefore disappointed.
