We sincerely apologise for the delayed response to your email about damaged plants. We missed your message, unfortunately, and we only became aware of the issue through your Feefo review.
We want to send you replacement plants at no charge, which we can dispatch tomorrow for next-day delivery. Please let us know how many plants were damaged or struggled to establish after planting due to transit damage.
While we work hard to ensure adequate packaging, occasional mishandling by independent carriers during transit (in this case, Parcelforce) can cause boxes to be upended and damage plants. Although this is outside of our control, we are nevertheless committed to making this right with free replacements.
Please call us on 01695 280945 or reply to the email we sent you today to confirm the number of affected plants, and we'll arrange your replacements immediately.
