Apologies for any trouble faced at the venue. Please note that although entry for children is free, if you wish them to have an audio guide, you must purchase this at the venue itself at a price of 5 Euros we believe. We're glad, however, that you were able to skip the line and enjoy the Catacombs. Thank you for taking the time out to leave a review.
It was really easy to find and quick to get the tickets. The entrance to the catacombs is super close and the audio guide is convenient.

Thank you for writing in to us.
Kindly note that, for the ticket you purchased, the gardens of Versailles are including and are open from 8:00 AM to 8:30 PM, except for, as stated on our website and the official website of the Versailles, on the days of Grandes Eaux and Musical Gardens (from April to October), Versailles Passport ticket is required to visit the gardens. The Musical Gardens show happens every Friday and it is on these days that entrance to the gardens requires an additional ticket. Since the date of your booking was September 8th, a Friday, that explains why the gardens weren't included during your visit. Apologies for any confusion caused.
I actually had to cancel my trip due to circumstances beyond my control, but Headout refunded my purchase, so they provided the best possible customer service under the circumstances.
