Thank you for your comments, I am pleased you found our service efficient, but sorry to hear that you found the holiday cheaper a couple of days earlier than what you had booked with us. When customers call us with a reference number we do aim to offer the best deal on the holiday they call us about. Price comparison sites are the best way to find a holiday and search by the criteria a customer sets, the holiday may have come up on the earlier dates if it had been searched as a flexible search ie +/-3 days. I do hope we can be of service in the future and hope you have a great holiday.

Thank you for your kind comments. Our admin department can be quite busy at peak times such as first thing in a morning, lunchtime or late afternoon, however if you have access to email we aim to answer all emails by the following working day. Have a good holiday!

Thank you for your feedback, we usually do ask our clients if they have travel insurance and we are sorry if it was not offered. However checking our records we do see that you were emailed an insurance indemnity letter which states that you have not took our insurance. I think it has been a case of crossed lines and I apologise for this and glad you managed to get covered before you went. We are pleased that you had a good experience booking the holiday and hope you had a great holiday.
