Thank you for your feedback and i can only apologise if you struggled to get in touch however our records do not show that to be that case.
You emailed us several weeks after taking delivery of your kit stating that the jar was faulty, we were closed when you emailed us but you were sent an autoreply letting you know our opening hours and when we would reply. Despite us making you aware that you were trying to contact us over the weekend when we were closed and letting you know when we would reply several times, you ignored them all and you continued sending us a whatapp and several more phone calls however these were all made on the same day and outside of our opening hours.
Our records show that we replied to your messages at 10am the following business day, we immediatley agreed to replace the item. The replacement item was Packed at 3pm that day and delivered to you the following day
It took us 4 days (including the weekend) from you letting us know the item had a fault to the new item being delivered to you.
I would also add that this feedback was left on the sunday evening (again when we were closed) before we had even been given the oportunity to reply to you.

As you can see in the photo the bottom has blown off the jar, this tends to happen when the jar is sealed tightly as the pressure can build up as C02 is released during fermentation. It can be seen in the picture that the lid has been sealed and also that the grains have grown considerably but the amount of milk being used has not been increased. This will increase the C02 being released.
We do not recommend sealing the jars when brewing for this reason. Its very rare but it can cause breakage and the kit is supplied with a cloth and band to avoid this however that is clearly not being used in the photo.
You reported to the problem with the jar to us over the weekend and then left this feedback before we even had the oportunity to reply. We did let you know several times that you were contacting us when we were closed but you continued anyway.
The following business day at 10am we replied and despite the fact that the jar has not cracked due to any fault, it was likley the pressure we immediatley agreed to replace the jar and the grains and apologised. Within 48 business hours of us being made aware of the problem we had rectified it and you had the new grains and jar in your possession. I am sorry if this was not satisfactory.
