We are sorry that occasionally our customers have to preorder certain items. Unexpectedly high levels of sales can mean we sell out of stock and the impact of Covid-19 has meant a delay to some of our restocks that were already in production. We work very hard to restock as quickly and as you experienced, we advise our customers where a product is out of stock within 24 hours, giving them the option of an alternative product, refund or to wait for the restock. You opted to wait for the restock but changed your mind a few days later and requested a refund. This was processed on the first working day following your request. If you still cannot see the refund in your account, please speak to your bank.

We work very hard to restock as quickly as possible and inform all customer via email within 24 hours of placing their order of estimated delivery dates. Sadly, as we advised you via email, Covid-19 caused a further delay to the restock of the item you ordered and as such we were happy to provide you with a full refund when you requested it.
