Thank you for taking the time to provide us with some feedback. We are sorry for the issue you experienced in getting your order delivered. We can see only one of the three rolls was delivered on the scheduled delivery date. As soon as we were made aware of the issue we dispatched out two more rolls, with these being delivered the day after dispatch. This issue should not have occurred and appears to be down to human error. We have amended our procedures to prevent this error happening again.
We advise against arranging a fitting date until all items have been received and do state in the delivery section of out web site:
'If you are booking a flooring fitter we ask that you do not do this until you have received, checked and measured the flooring. This means if there are any slight delays or problems you will not have to re-arrange your fitter.'
We do not like to see any customer go away having had a poor experience and have emailed you to try and resolve the concern you have raised.

Thank you for taking the time to provide us with some feedback. We are very sorry for the issues experienced with collection of the items purchased from us. Unfortunately although there is usually no issue with collection and items are collected on the day specified, it appears that the first couple of times the courier went to collect the items although they were left out ready for collection there was either no-one at the address to sign over the goods, or the with address being a House of Multiple Occupancy the people at the property were unwilling to hand over the goods. As an instruction had not been given to collect without a signature the collection failed.
After these first couple of attempts failed and we were made aware they just needed to pick the items up without a signature we passed this on to the courier.
When ordering online we would always recommend requesting samples prior to placing an order. Having samples would allow you to view and feel the product prior to receiving it, avoiding potential disappointment. While we try to make out pictures as accurate as possible they are for guidance only as the on screen colour and appearance may vary from monitor to monitor depending on individual settings.
We are very sorry for these issues and for any inconvenience caused. We do not like to see any customer go away having had a poor experience and have emailed you to try and resolve the concern you have raised.

Thank you for taking the time to provide us with some feedback. We are sorry to hear you are unhappy with the delivery service offered. We do state in the delivery information section of our website that:
'We use a courier for Standard delivery. The courier's service is for delivery to the nearest accessible curb side next to your property. It is at the drivers discretion if they will carry the item(s) any further than the kerb side. Most drivers are happy to help you with the items, but we cannot guarantee this. Help may be required to unload larger items.
The driver is not insured to go into your property, but he may help bringing the items to the main door of the building, but given that this is a curb side delivery service, the driver is unable to take any items up any stairs.'
