Please accept our apologies for the delay you experienced with your order. ​ ​We can see the order was initially scheduled for delivery on the Saturday, however due to an administration error the delivery was booked for the Monday. As the order was already with the courier for delivery to yourself and we were unable to contact the courier until 8.30 on the Monday we would not have been able to cancel the order at that stage. As we were unable to cancel the order we were unable to refund the order in case the delivery had been completed prior to us contacting the courier. We can see the delivery was completed at 8.29 on the Monday, which is before the couriers office opened for us to speak to them. We do not like to see any customer go away having had a poor experience and have emailed you to try and resolve the concern you have raised. We are sorry to see you are unhappy with the delivery service or the Wet Fix Adhesive. We have looked into the issue raised in your feedback. ​ ​We are unable to find an email from either the email address on your order or the email address linked to your Paypal account. As we do not appear to have received the email we would be unaware you required a later delivery time-scale to that advised on our site. We can see your order was dispatched for delivery on Wednesday 8th April, but after your conversation with one of our representatives that morning we rearranged the delivery for Friday 10th April. If this new date was unsuitable and meant you had to cut short your holiday we would of been happy to arrange the delivery for the following week. ​ ​We agree the Wet Fix Adhesive is not the easiest adhesive to use as the adhesive has to be mixed with the hardener, however it does give the strongest join. We do offer alternative products such as the Aqua Bond adhesive that are easier to use, however the join is not as strong when using this product.
