Please accept our apologies for the issue you experienced. We can see that due to a labelling issue within our warehouse and incorrect item was accidentally dispatched to you. As soon as we were made aware of the issue we arranged for the incorrect piece to be collected and the correct piece delivered. We arranged this for the following day.
On the scheduled day for the new piece to be collected we chased the courier and were advised the item was out for delivery. We are unsure why the item was not delivered but can see the delivery was successfully completed the following day.
As we use a third party carrier for our deliveries we are unable to verify the information the give us so have to take them at their work. On this occasion is does appear the information we received from them was inaccurate for which we apologise.
We are sorry you experienced difficulties with the Aquabond Adhesive. This is not an issue we have had raised before so will relay the issue to the manufacturer.
We do not like to see any customer go away having had a poor experience and have emailed you to try and resolve the concern you have raised.

I realise that any poor service received is not a true reflection of Grass 247
The situation has now been resolved with customer services.
I should have spoken to them sooner, as in fairness, they are always very helpful.

Please accept our apologies for the issue you experienced with the item arriving short. We are unsure how this may have happened It is our policy to collect and replace any item that may arrive damaged, faulty or not as ordered so long as it has not been cut or fitted. Enclosed within the packaging of the item in as A4 piece of paper which states:
'STOP Before fitting this item please make sure it is: The correct Size, Colour & Range. Free from damage or faults. We can replace any incorrect items. But we cannot replace anything which has been cut'

Please accept our apologies for the issue you experienced with your order. Having looked into details of the issue we can see do to an error in our warehouse an incorrect item was sent to you. We are unsure how this has happened so are conducting an investigation. We can see as soon as we were made aware of the issue we arrange for a fresh order to be dispatched and for the original order to be collected. We are sorry for the delay this may have caused you and any external costs you may have incurred as a result.
Within our terms & conditions we do ask that you do not book a fitter until you have received, checked and measured your item. This means if there are any slight delays or problems you will not have to re-arrange your fitter.
