Hello, Thank you for your continued loyalty to Golfbreaks over the past 20 years. It means a great deal to us, particularly knowing that you have consistently received great service throughout that time. I am sorry that aspects of this latest trip did not meet the standards you have rightly come to expect from us. Your disappointment regarding the booking timings and your request to move from a course in poor condition is entirely understandable. Both positive and negative feedback are extremely valuable, and your comments will help us review where the experience could have been better. We genuinely appreciate your longstanding support and look forward to the opportunity to get things firmly back on track for your next golf break.
