My flight booking experience in the past has been a 2 mins seamless process. As I said it's now a week and half & this issue is outstanding. This is doing my head in & I think it is only proper if I get my money so I can book directly with Ethiopian airlines

I just rang the office asking for my ticket as I was told today I would get it. (9 days after booking it ) The staff told me it will have to be another two days before I will get my ticket I don’t know whether I can trust this? .
