I made my order on a Tuesday and it wasn't handed over to the post office until the Saturday, meaning it didn't reach me with the 48hr shipping until the following Monday. I could order something...

Hello, I am sorry you are not happy with the service you received. We aim to get orders out (and advise this on our website) within 1-3 working days. As you ordered Monday afternoon, 3 working days later would be Thursday, and then Royal mail Tracked 48. Unfortunately sending items Tracked 48 does not mean you order, then get your item 2 days later - Tracked 48 is the Royal Mail service, not the dispatch time.

Yeah I'm aware of how royal mail 48 hour works, as is clear in my review if you read it. My problem was that it took so long just for you to get it to the post office in the first place.

Processing for to Long.
Item sat processing for to long. After I made a phone call things sped up a bit, but paid for 48 hour delivery and it took a week to get to me. Not as good as it used to be.
