VERY POOR SERVICE

Very poor service. I ordered two items, only received one, tried phoning but all I got was music, emailed them and 5 days later still have had no reply. I still do not know if I will get my money...

I HAVE JUST EMAILED FLOORING DIRECT FOR THE THIRD TIME. THEIR ONLY RESPONSE TO THE FIRST TWO WAS TO USE SOCIAL MEDIA - I DO NOT!!! WHAT IS WRONG WITH EMAIL? OR MAYBE THEY COULD ANSWER THE PHONE....CURRENTLY THEY OWE ME MONEY FOR THE GOODS WHICH WERE NEVER DELIVERED, AND WHICH I NO LONGER NEED. IF I DO NOT GET A PROPER ANSWER AND A REFUND I WILL REPORT THESE PEOPLE TO TRADING STANDARDS. DO NOT USE THEM!!!

Hello there, would it be possible for you to send me an email directly? I would like the opportunity to try to resolve your order issues if that's ok? Thanks - Hayley (hayley@flooringdirect.co.uk)

Late and damaged

I was given the wrong delivery date so I waited in all day with no explanation. Then when it came a day late it had slices in and holes in the turf
