Ordering and parts very good, but delivery was two days late.
Good site, ordering easy, parts good quality as expected, but Royal Mail let them down by delivering 2 days late. All good in end as bog is now fixed!

very efficient service
Clearly described and easy to fit parts. The clear plastic looks superior to the previous black rubber. Probably more hard wearing.
