Good Morning Wendy - thank you for your review!

We are sorry you only wanted to leave 3 stars. Our engineers will normally advise that the standard delivery time is between 4-6 weeks. However, managing and in this case exceeding a customers expectations by being able to install sooner is not bad service!

We were glad you chose Fischer to heat your home and would assure you that technical support and customer care is ongoing if you ever need anything just call!
